Tour Details

Himachal Pradesh- the land of fruit orchards & English-style cottages have weaved several adventurous stories for travel enthusiasts. Laced with snow-clad mountains and lush green valleys, the place unfolds the mystical culture of ‘Pahar’ thriving in the region for centuries. For many people, this state acts as a synonym for the seamless beauty of the Himalayas, some associate the state for preserving the ancient Tibetian heritage. However, our upcoming Himachal Tour will make you unfold the undisturbed avian life breathing in the region. Spread in the area of 55,673 km², the state is a beautiful blend of the dry temperate forest to the thick canopies of coniferous trees providing a protective shield to many winged species. The place is also deemed as a Pheasant Land for hosting a wide variety of Pheasant species including Western Tragopan, Khalij Pheasant, Cheer Pheasant, Koklass Pheasant, Himalayan Monal, Chukar, Hill Patridge, Snow Patridge, etc. Besides pheasants, Himalayan Griffon, Bearded Vulture, Himachal Pradesh is one of the few places on this planet where chances of sighting Red-headed Bulfinch and Spectacled Finch are very high.
