Wildlife Trail of India

North India is a treasure for the wildlife enthusiasts who are interested in sighting some of the rarest species living in this part of the world. In pursuit of bringing people’s attention towards the incredible lives thriving over here, we have crafted a unique wilderness trail.

The journey kickstarted at National Chambal Sanctuary. Spread in an area of 5,400 km², the sanctuary is a perfect display of the riverine ecosystem. The place has risen to popularity for hosting a wide variety of species both endemic, migratory and endangered in nature. Gharial, Red-crowned Roof Turtle, Mugger Crocodile, Indian Skimmer, Pallas’s fish eagle, Saris Crane, Indian Courser, Pallid harrier, Lesser Flamingos, Black-bellied tern and Eurasian Vulture are to name a few.

Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary, also known as Keoladeo National Park is the next destination in the spotlight. The park serves as a wintering ground for many migratory birds such as Bar-headed Goose, Lesser Flamingos, Greater Flamingos, Red-headed Pochard, Ruddy Shelduck, Spot-billed Duck, Northern Pintail, Comb Duck, etc.

After exploring the diverse birdlife of North India, we will unfold the secret lives of Big Cats ruling the jungles of Ranthambore and Jhalana. While the deciduous forests of Ranthambore & Sariska echo with the roars of Royal Bengal Tigers, Jhalana National Park is a significant corridor for the mighty Asian Leopards.
